AFL Player Ratings

    Thought the whole AFL player rating system thing they have been doing would be pretty interesting and of course through no shock the midfielders get the best deal of the lot with the rating system. The only players who aren't classified as midfielders in the top 40 are Franklin (12th), Naitanui (13th), Goodes (15th), Roughead (29th), Hurn (37th) and Breust (40th)

    Good news is from the live chat thing they have at the moment is.

    "Karl Jackson: Hi Corbin, for now we've just put all defenders together, but in future we will separate the small defenders from the key defenders. We'll do the same for forwards. That should happen next year."

    Someone to tell me if his is a good rating system. I've seen enough bullshit ones in other sports to always be skeptical when these come out.
