    I thought someone would say that, and there's a genuine case for saying it. He's a gun and definitely a great of the game but I just don't think his peak was as damaging as some of the others. His longevity is to be admired, but really, I just don't think i could acknowledge him as a literal modern elite against that competition. Likeable player though, definitely someone who I wouldn't complain about being recognised in the top few.

    Gonna throw aker out there too. Cunt, but fmd was he magical and talented throughout his career. Reinvented himself and it worked.

    Not even sure he had four seasons of it, tbh. Injuries have cut him down badly, though, and I'm not sure he'd even be in the same category as Enright and West, really. Probably on the Mitchell, Hayes level - better than those two at his peak, but overall output about the same.
