I'm cooling on Aish big time too, actually. Was so hard on him but I'm just beginning to feel he doesn't have the pace to really thrive as an outside mid and I'm also beginning to feel his ball finding is down. Reckon he might go down the Ellis path.

for one I don't think he will be, though - and 2 - I think Wells will certainly go for a different type. There's a KPD I reckon Wells would pick before Gardiner anyway.

 

99% sure it's smoke and mirrors leaked by hawthorn to try and get him to slide down to their second pick as opposed to their first.

 

It's like how they asked Franklin (who wanted to be a hawk over a tiger) to be sitting on his porch drinking tinnies when the Tiger recruiters turned up.

marsh i think is an interesting prospect. he isn't technical or clean by any means but where he does have skills is in an area where if he peaks - he'll peak like something you'll never believe.

He's got every chance to be a top 10 player in the game at peak. And every chance of being a Jack Watts. I think that potential is worth a top 10 pick whereas recruiters don't.

Conlon I think is a surefire chance at being an excellent player.
