    I don't mind the idea of this team as long as it doesn't just become New Zealand A. It'd have no potential if all its players would play for NZ should they be good enough.

    Yeah. Big call but fewer and fewer fans seem to really care about the Australian team. Discussion relating to it always just seems to hinge on which players deserve to get picked. People don't tend to give a shit if they win or not. Origin teams are different though, even in NSW.

    Na, not really a fan of that. And we both know it'll never happen.

    I'd like to see QLD A and NSW A teams go on tours to places like in the Pacific Islands and also NZ and Britain.

    as an add on to tests vs origin, do aussies even care for the aussie vs kiwi rivarly as much as some kiwis do?

    like i know some people who get so into the rivarly its almost pathetic, but i get the impression that on here at least alot of the aussie contingent dont really care about it at all

    Not so much in league, because up until recently it's been pretty tough to make any sort of decent argument for New Zealand being superior. It was just too much of a mismatch. In union it's obviously the number one rivalry and those who care about the game generally seem to care more about winning the Bledisloe than the Tri-Nations for instance.

    The 4 nations 4th spot is alternate between European Cup winners and your Pacific Cup thing as far as I know

    So I assume on the alternate date you would suggest a RoE (rest of europe) Team

    You can't just kick France out of it for no good reason tbh

    Tim Sheens is the most over-rated coach in history. He had a super team at Canberra and got a rep. Then he went to the Cows and continued their mediocrity. Then he went to Wests and did nothing, then won them a premiership in 05, then couldn't even get them back to the semis until this year. That's ****ing attrocious.
