End of year international teams

Each to their own but he's just produced the greatest season of attacking football from a centre I've ever seen. I seriously can't even think of a purple patch of form from a centre even close letterlone a season.

Gallen's retired now isn't he? And I wouldn't be surprised if we move on from Parker with a world cup 12 months away. Probably also move on from Morris too.

Plus one of Gemmell/Cribb said Inglis isn't actually touring this your (Paternity leave or some such).

Gallen's indicated he will play. And Mal wants Parker there too so I'm assuming they'll be available. Didn't know that about Inglis.

And in the first half of this spectacular season he made a combined 29 errors/penalties from 12 matches. That is ridiculous. It's far too common for him to have a game with 3 errors, or 2 errors and 2 penalties.

  5. Cribbage RG Cribb

I'd not be picking him either, but just on principle essentially. There's no need to pick blokes with 0 Origins in Test footy. Should be a walk up start for NSW next season and if he does well there he should be in contention for a Test spot at the end of the season.

Incidentally, how fucking annoying is it that all the good wingers play on the left? Seriously, if I had to name my top six wingers they'd all be left side players.

    Holmes

Latest word is that neither Gallen nor Parker will be picked. If they leave them out and pick Tamou I'm gonna be pretty pissed.

You watch fucking Fifita get in there too.

Has Mal mentioned if he will select anyone within the naughty posse from the QLD emerging camp?

While they should be included due to the fact they are among the best 17 players available; if Scott is indeed out, we'll need their experience. Besides, who is demanding selection?

Unfortunately whether we like it or not; the end of year tests always seem to harbour fucked selections and bolters that boggle the mind.

Test pack/bench I fear we may see...

    8. Tamou
    9. Smith
    10. Fifita
    11. Thaiday
    12. Graham
    13. Finucane

    14. Maloney
    15. Prior
    16. Papalii
    17. Cooper

    lol at that backrow

    hahahahah

Papalii and Cordner are musts at second row and Frizell is very obviously the next best.

No doubt, I'm saying these idiots have it in them to select these cunts.

Test teams just seem to be the same team they roll out usually and then a random bolter or two in the mix. Reckon Josh Jackson will be in that backrow for sure.

lol fucked if I know how O'Neill made the Test squad. Chambers should've walked into that squad. Dugan and Ferguson fmd.

  13. Maroon_Faithful M Faithful

    And Shannon Boyd. Really?

  14. Wilson SB Wilson

I'll accept Fifita not making due to the reasons but if Gal isn't still one of the best forwards running around and the man of the match the last Australian game, that will do me

  15. Julian BJ Taylor

Nah omitting Gallen is definitely the right call. Need to move on and Merrin/Frizell > Gal undoubtedly.

  16. Boobidy BJ Gemmell

Same with Parker. And Parker is a better player than Gal.

  17. jazman84 JM Eightyfour

No Gallen or Parker is a travesty.

  18. Maroon_Faithful M Faithful

Yeah if they're available they should've been picked. There's no fucking way Boyd should be in this squad. It's absurd.

Smells to me like Gould's infamous criticism around the Anzac test has had a big effect on the selectors. It's clearly a side with a view to the future (WC 2017). I don't get it really because no matter how the fringe players perform (Maloney, Frizell, Holmes etc) they'll be dropped as just as quickly if their form next year isn't good enough.

There's just no way Gallen and Parker were left out due to form. They've been left out because they wouldn't have been playing rep footy after this four nations.

Yeah the only reason Boyd got picked is because Croker and Leilua were overlooked because of leg injuries IMO.
