I think it would be more beneficial to introduce each person one by one rather than all as an entire stable. I'd maybe bring Balor up first at the Rumble and let him work till Mania where along the way they would conjure storylines to introduce the rest with Wrestlemania being the end point where the entire stable is unveiled. The from there you can let them run wild with feuds against the Wyatts, LoN/Authority etc.

I'd probably go with introducing Balor to the mainstream audience leading up to WM, maybe giving him a match or a run-in. AJ to come out at the beginning of Raw after mania, possibly as Balor club, doesn't matter. Gallows and Anderson can come out with less mistake either later that episode, later in that segment or a few weeks after. I'd end the show with Nakamura. Thats if they're all ready by then anyway.
