    I redirected you and ritchie cos i thought you were mafia, himannv. at least, i thought it. If you had done the kill and been swapped with ritchie then ritchie would have come out and said the person he tried to cop ended up dead and he got pushed onto someone else. Cos then people could have put two and two together or something i dna.

    This was a high-profile target. The Company man steadied himself. He had already dispatched security. Now it was just the target, sleeping in the hotel room. Weapon loaded at his side, he kicked in the door.

    This wasn't who he expected. This wasn't going to plan. The thug panicked in the face of this new assailant, and pulled the trigger before he even thought. It was only when running from the body of his old boss did he realise who he had murdered.

    Himannv is dead. He was Noah Bennet.

    There was a serial killer on the loose. He had to be stopped.

    It was the unavoidable truth of it, no other killing had been like this and now there were two. First the boy in Las Vegas and now here in New York, a child's body was found missing the top of their head.

    GingerFurball is dead. He was Molly Walker.

    He was lost in this country, and in this time. Why was this man here? Why come for him now?

    But his journey was over. Someone else would have to save the world.
