Well MF is a lot of things but he's not actually racist. He does make the odd racist joke, but that's a reflection of his audience here more than it is of him, and he doesn't actually mean it maliciously. He'd never genuinely discriminate against someone on the basis of race.

That's not to say there aren't some genuinely racist people here though, because there most certainly are. Boobidy for an obvious example.

Don't be surprised if Hock flops though; putting pen to paper with Parramatta is career suicide.

There's basically no difference in the standard of forwards between the two competitions, IMO. Wasn't surprised to see Luke Burgess do well over here at all for that reason. The difference lies in the backs.

I don't even think that was really a troll; a lot of people in Australia genuinely seem to disregard the possibility of an Englishman not wanting to leave his family, his friends, his home etc, and assume all of them are just scared of being found out. It's unbelievably daft, but I don't think he was actually just trying to get a rise out of you. Especially because of who it was.
