      At the gym 6 days a week, plus cricket.

      About 5 months. December and January were a bit slow going due to the holiday season and an injury I picked up. Back on track now though.

      That was my philosophy. Get under 110 and figure out what works from there. I'm thinking the number will lie somewhere between 100-105. I guess I'll find out when I get there. Rest of February is focused on dropping those few extra kilos. March will be focused on getting my body ready to smash the Inca Trail trek. When I get back in June I'll worry about toning and what not.

      I really have no idea. The only real major goal I set myself was I wanted to be under 110kg for my trip to South America (in April). When I started I had no idea what would be an ideal weight and still don't really know (besides from the fact I'm not where I want to be yet). So after I get under 110 we'll see how what feels right. Whether that be 105, 100, not really sure. From memory you're at a similar height to me (189cm), what're you sitting at? Is that ideal?

      Really good. Have lost over 30 kg now. Hoping to be under 110 by the end of the month.

      Cheers. I had to fix my food a week ago. What I was eating was good just I was under eating with the number of calories. I'd only be hitting 1200-1300 which resulted in the 4th week only losing .5kg. Bumped it up to 1500-1600 and back to losing 3kg in the next week.

      The second session is usually just a 10-15km ride on my way home from work. The other can be any of cardio, weights, PT, a group class thingo, altitude chamber.

      Twice a day most weekdays, once on Saturday then cricket that arvo. Have a PT who's given me a basic food plan.

      I wasn't able to watch it that closely as I was at Pontoon bar but from what I did see it was a pretty shit effort all round. I just found it hilarious at how confident every Chooks supporter I know was.

      I like being roughly 10 rows back. Close enough to feel apart of the action but far enough back you can see everything. Took me forever to get those ones I got though as I wanted isle seats. So much more convenient. Had 10 baskets (or whatever you call a group of tickets) on each device to get them. :laugh:
      Spewing! I guess seats further back are better than none though.

      I'm in 119. Sat on there for an hour or so with both my laptop and iMac going trying to get the best seats I could. Managed row 9 on the isle. :p
