This is fair. Another option for now would be to offer all the owners the choice to reapply for their teams and then if a place becomes available, get a new team. Then do the resigning as people may fancy going to the new team.
Easy for you to say. Just look at the GB thread over there and that should answer your question. I'm not saying eliminate it completely but just don't encourage it as much as over in RL.
I don't think it is as encourage as RL Sim but don't change it. The balance is right as it is here IMO, since people like Glensor don't post much but appear to be very good in the sim.
WTF? I'm not talking about the current SR. I'm talking about the new RL sim where 40% of your attributes is determined by your post rank. It's really evident how much posts affect them over there. I'm saying we should make it so it's not as important here.
He seems to do a lot in the current sim tbf, especially when he's only got 100 posts, thus why I rate him. Scores tries, kicks the ball, runs it, and he's a prop!
While we're at it, split NZ from Aus in the provincials please. I'm sure we have enough to form a decent squad.
Maybe, but keeping you guys together makes beating you more a feat as you're much stronger when you have the Aussies to help you.
Aussies lack forwards but AVA and Bedsey are pretty gun now and with Benny and Gemmell and who ever I have forgotten we could probably compete.
Yeah. NZ definitely should be separate. Let's face it though, if the Spartans are dissolved, I'll just set up a new team and then sign all the same guys. I'd say most (if not all of them) would sign anyway. Seriously though, there's no need to start the teams from scratch just as a good rivalry was building up. The only question is whether a fifth team is required or whether we stick with 4 teams and have a reserve tournament.
