    Probably not as it says whoever is in possession of the bomb when it goes off is likely to die. Indicating that there may be some who are able to survive it. Meaning it probably isn't a powerful enough bomb to take out a planet.

    Not like the last one took out the planet either and that was much more powerful. Illium is fine and dandy and anyone can still visit it if they want.
