    He'd been looking for a new target since finding his previous target had been blown up. He wanted to end the tyranny of the Regime and he'd now get his opportunity. The General Secretary was there, right in front of him. So rare to see him out of doors, and even with his security entourage, he was sure to get a clean shot. He lined up the sights on his sniper rifle and fired. He caught the General Secretary right through the lower jaw. It wasn't a kill shot, but the doctors were unable to save him. Two weeks later in hospital, he passed away. All bets were now off. Overthrow of the regime was now possible, but in the meantime there was a power vacuum.

    Joseph Stalin, General Secretary is dead. He was played by Number 11

    But the coast wasn't yet clear for the Soviet Dissidents. Before the ink had even dried on the General Secretary's obituary, another corpse emerged. His throat had been viciously cut. Who was conducting these murders behind the scenes now that the Soviet leadership had been removed

    This is mainly to get people talking. No one appears to have any report of any kind so we just need to scum hunt.

    No one else denounce Starris. If he's innocent and has two votes against him all the guilty man needs to do is denounce Starris and win.

    I don't. that's why I denounced him.

    We can sit around until time runs out and the killer gets a free shot, or we can ask questions. It's pretty clear no one has anything useful or they would have come forward.

    I'm a vanilla, boring as bat shit townie. I'll have to go back and check the rules on character claiming. I'm guessing outright claiming is banned but I'm happy to state my character's general job if allowed.
