I understand where you're coming from, KK, but it's a bit hard to take premierships off a club who's never won any.
I love how the NRL have released enough information so everyone knows Brisbane have cheated the salary cap because they can do sfa about it.
I'm naive because if someone is accused of something, you assume guilt straight away? You're a dickhead.
Someone? No, no. Not just someone. Assume guilt straight away? No, I presume guilt in the same way that you presume innocence. And yes, if you presume a powerful club like Brisbane, a club with a history of cheating the cap, is innocent then yes you are rather naive. Say hello to Andrew Gee for me the next time you go to the Leagues club.
I have absolutely no doubt the Broncos cheat the cap, much like I don't doubt the Roosters do. But they are innocent until it's proven otherwise.
So you have no doubt they cheat the cap, but I'm a dickhead for presuming they're guilty? Presume: Suppose that something is the case on the basis of probability. You're talking shit.
You're mistaking what I mean by operating on the presumption of guilt. Nobody's saying they should be reprimanded without due process and evidence. You just admitted you presume they're guilty as well (in fact you said you know they're guilty). It's like talking to a brick wall. A very dumb and fat brick wall.
Is it smart for someone with the amount of mental problems you have, not to mention the diabetes etc, to be having pot shots at someone.
Case closed. The Broncos are legally innocent at this stage. But that isn't something that anyone here has really questioned.
Of course they're fucking guilty. Why is the NRL saying they were uncooperative? If they had nothing to hide, why wouldn't they welcome an investigation?
NRL Club officials are contractually obliged to cooperate with any investigations. The issue was that the CEO resigned as soon as it became clear the NRL were investigating the missing 300k. Given he no longer works for an NRL club he no longer has any legal obligation to assist with the investigation. Not the actions of an innocent party and the NRL were more than happy to announce this to the world.
