Wait, we have the Lolar Bears next round? Didn't think we had them again so soon, gun. No Force too so Warrington for 50 :ninja:
Yeah, probably. Probably up there with the S2 Hammerheads getting their only win against the S2 Moustaches (their only regular season loss) in OT
Round 7 v Hurricanes A shaky end to a win here, wole bench playing fairly poorly and Wheels/Narang didn't have the best of times against a strong frontcourt either. HMVP 3 - Son 2 - Ridd 1 - Warrington Overall 18 - Son 8 - Ridd 7 - Warrington 5 - Wheelson 3 - Furball 2 - Farhat
Another very close win here, guards having a nice day against not too threatening counterparts, and the forwards just hold out Downes nicely to see us to the win. Decent performance from myself, Furball going nicely too again but short of a couple of assists to take it to a great game for him. Wheels giving the ball away a little too often too, but still a positive performance. HMVP 3 - Warrington: Gets past defensive juggernauts Chewie and Howe to put 18pts on the board, also grabbing a load of boards with no turnovers and one foul. 2 - Furball: Another efficient shooting night for the Scot, throwing up 23pts with 67% FG%. Grabs a couple of boards, good match overall. 1 - Son: Slight inefficiency drops him to one point, going 0-6 behind the arc. Came back with a fistful of assists, keeping up a very good season in this respect (must average around 8/9/10 apg now) Overall 19 - Son 10 - Warrington 8 - Ridd 5 - Wheelson, Furball 2 - Farhat
Round 9 v Lolar Bears A poor game from our side, but a win nonetheless. Ridd in particular having an off night, Furball not managing much either against very poor opposition. HMVP 3 - Son 2 - Wheelson 1 - Warrington Overall 22 - Son 11 - Warrington 8 - Ridd 7 - Wheelson 5 - Furball 2 - Farhat
Good to hear. We can smash most teams as it is, so having another player around to step up for the big games is definitely useful.
