    Hate myself for that but AB is not only one of the elite bats averaging 63 in the last 5 years but so far ahead of every other gloveman. Really wanted to go with the bowler who'll be picked next though

    Yeah, it's super harsh. Should maybe just move him down the order and change the order for round two to reflect when he picks.

    That said I'll be waiting as close to 18 hours as I can for Captain to pick in front of me. Just saying I'm not going to hold up everything for anybody but I'll abuse my own position in the draft to be fair to Captain.

    Yeah I had Philander/ABDV 1/2 and Steyn three.

    Fucking rough either way, though. Reckon I'll suffer for having likely the worst strike bowler in the comp though. But not having a star bat is nearly as bad.

    Yeah, I definitely think he's a slightly better pick than Steyn anyway, no matter which way you look at it. Hard to really say whether or not he's better than de Villiers or another keeper/batsman/batting allrounder/spinner etc because it depends on your tactics, but yeah. Should in theory offer pretty much exactly the same with the ball and more with the bat.

    Might not work out that way of course, beauty of simming.
