Matulino was the Warriors best IMO. On another note, I said it last week and I'll say it again. Tony Williams is not a FGer's arsehole as a second rower. 45m and 14 tackles? How on earth is this cunt in FG? lol, and Hasler has Buhrer and Rodney sitting on the bench ffs.
I thought Buhrer was average aswell tonight Glen Stewart and Watmough carried them in the foward pack imo
Yeah but he only got a token amount of game time. There's no doubt he's an infinitely superior player to Tony Williams. As is the much under-appreciated Shane Rodney.
Couldn't agree more. Even though Manly may not have been disadvantaged by Origin they still had several players missing through injury and suspension for periods throughout the season, we were just able to cope better than other clubs.
Yeah cause it's not like the other teams I mentioned had players missing for long periods through injury... Suspension is the player's own fault. You can't use that.
Crowley mate, I don't mean to take anything away from your side but you kinda gotta admit that Manly didn't have to play without 1-3mil worth of talent for 3 games this year.
Point I was making is that the guys who had to fill in did a decent job. A reflection on Manly having a strong squad. Yes Glenn Stewart's suspension was his own fault but credit to Manly for getting through to the Grand Final without him.
