Would it be a good idea for people to be able to set their pitches? Everyone could play 4 home and 4 away games?
4 home and 4 away would involve playing yourself. There are only 7 other teams not including your own in the group. Playing each team home and away would take far too long IMO.
Not exactly what the conditions of the NRLM Oval are but yeah AFAIK It's as balanced and normal as pitches come. Cribb to C.
Is this gonna be a one season thing or gonna continue? If we're gonna continue, could I suggest that we could all have something like two transfers at the end of season or something?
Not really thought about it itbt. In my mind it was going to be a one off, then a new one etc etc. Just new editions of CPL.
TBH I think it would be good to have it as a one off type thing. If all the CPLs were to run 1 after another then you could almost do it that you have it once per year. Would then mean there are new stars and people breaking through each time instead of it just being the exact same pool of players basically every comp.
TBH the players selected this time round are different to those selected last time round. That's only a matter of 6 months. I dunno, we'll get through this one before we decide what to do with the next one.
I suspect that if it was to carry on, there'd be a second season with a new round of applications to give other people a go, and a new draft. Not my call though, obviously.
Could we not just start another league or something...I'd kinda like to continue more than one season with this if possible.
