    Depends on your PoV. Should be very good now; most of the early issues were the high number of annoying bugs.

    F3 has a bigger world.

    FNV has a better shooting system (doesn't rely on stats), better story, better writing, better + more quests w/ multiple outcomes, better characters, better voice acting (more voice actors and they actually try to sound different).
