The problem with this salary idea...

...is that there are quite a few players with very low postcounts who just won't get signed for any clubs. Would be good to have some sort of free transfer on a voluntary basis for newbies.

We;ve got a lot of spamming to do to catch up with our pommy counterparts.

ah you have just got to be willing to put in the hard spam yards is all, i mean between signing my contract and now i am actually about 20k undervalued

What do you think cheetahs are here for? :p I expect low post count players to be picked up later anyway, when reserves are being looked for tbh.

I'll sign my contract in a bit, once I get my value and skill up....If that's possible.

IMO salary should only be used for players who are playing firsts, as in they are more like match payments then anything else, that way newbies will get teams, and the whole monetary system will continue to work

Do we get any benefits from this?

  12. Fungus K Fung

    Fitness levels I believe.

  13. Boobidy BJ Gemmell

    Bigger salary increases fitness?

  14. Boobidy BJ Gemmell

    Yeah, could work.

  15. Doog J McDougal

Yep, higher your salary, more consistent your performance essentially

  16. Boobidy BJ Gemmell

Oh yeah fair enough. So it's in teams best bets to pay overs for people.

  17. Fungus K Fung

The less you pay for people, the more money you can use for other things, such as bigger stadiums, and training facilities(?).

  18. Doog J McDougal

other things to factor in too, but pretty much.

in looking over the books for a season though, (without knowing all the variables yet) it seems like financially it would not be viable to have a group of good players and pay them all maximum, you need to be at least a little frugal

    This isn't GLB.
