Popovic's form has been kinda cruddy at all levels this season tbh. His stats are still pretty good IIRC.
Three more I'll add: %BL Hornby - averaging mid-50's at BS level this season. Playing 2nds at OD cricket, and isn't exactly smashing it. %SDR Laing - not an amazing FC player by any means but he's done well for the Stickies for the most part this season. In ODers he averages in the mid-40's. %E Ames - playing HP, though arguably should be playing firsts. Marcuss would push for the list if this was HC cricket only, but he's done well in the RT.
