well i think prismall is probably going to be more of an on-baller and welsh certainly play a bit more as a second half back line to creat the space and movement through the midfield, so i think zaharkis will definately get a bit of time in that midfield and i have all the time in the world for that kid, i think he is gonna be a real essendon star

I think players like Zaharkis, Monfries, Dempsey, even Davey will go through the midfield when the others are having rests.

I pose another question...Will Lucas come back?

    Essendon team in 2 - 3 years:

    Hooker - Pears - Daniher
    Dempsey - Hurley - McPhee
    Winderlich - Lovett - Prismall
    Lonergan - Gumbleton - McVeigh
    Davey - Neagle - Hille
    Ryder - Watson - Stanton

    Monfries - Welsh - Jetta - Zaharakis

Something along the lines of that.

If he doesnt play in next few weeks I dont see the point.

yeah davey is a real impact player, i think he is much better in the forward line with a bit of defencive pressure and as a rover, and i think dempsey will certainly spend most of his time across half back just streaking down the feild (have you seen how many meters he has been makeing this season it is immense)

as for lucas, he will play again at some point this year and i think once he is in he will stay in (plus i think neagle needs alot more work has shown good signs but has absolutely no puff which just wont work in an essendon game plan)

TBH and from what i have heard Lloyd should/will still be around.

looks good but i would probably play hille in at half forward in the middle, has a thumping boot, and gives him more room to move a bit i think

    Yeah, sounds the goods.

Cant wait for the game tomorrow!

im actually really pshcyed not sure ive felt this up for a game for quite some time, really hopeing we can take it to em, as long as we have a good first quarter, we have the best back half to the game of any team in the comp, and in my opinion the most want, more want then a fat kid who sees a cupcake

Tall forward who finished second overall in the TAC Cup competition goalkicking. Outstanding one-grab mark, both in contested and uncontested situations (25 contested marks and 58 uncontested marks in the TAC Cup). Michael's second half of the year was excellent, winning the Knights' most improved player award for season 2008. Our recruit has been shit in the early rounds but we seem to get a few gunish players late in each draft.

Gumbleton, Myers and Hurley were the last few picks, not bad.

But certainly not the best, remember we picked Gumbleton over Selwood because everyone thought Selwood was injury prone :(

epic fail on not getting selwood but probably best not to bring it up
