Canberra is it's own state inside the state of NSW....alike to swaziland in south africa (if memory serves me right) but on a state scale.
Canberra isn't a state. Canberra is a city inside the territory known as the Australian Capital Territory, which also isn't a state. It's technically not part of NSW but for the purposes of CricSim (and indeed even representative rugby league at all levels in real life) it is considered as such.
For this, yeah. Canberra Cricsimmmers are part of NSW country, but we don't have much of those. EDIT: Basically what Cribb said but he explained it better than me.
