Suspicious Surreptitious Squirts CC

I'm not going to have a batting or bowling line up full of superstars due to the Taylor pick which was a round early, so I got a tier 2 batsman and didn't get the trade off of a tier 1 bowler. Both my first two picks are a little below the worlds best. You know my ATG selection philosophy; you're about to see the anti-kyear in action here.

The Squirts are delighted to announce they have signed OPWB for the season.

He will take the gloves and bat at number six. In the event of injury to another batsman he will likely be the first called upon to move up the order due to his ability to bat anywhere in the top six.

  5. Cribbage RG Cribb

Athlai just wants to field the NZ Test side. Which tbf would probably win this comp.

There are a couple of other Australian states who'd go close to winning this too.

  8. Phlegm SP Phlegm

    Get new material bro.

  9. morgieb MC Burridge

If any Test side (except Bangladesh and Zimbabwe) didn't win the comp it would be surprising.

  10. Cribbage RG Cribb

I don't think Sri Lanka would win.

The Squirts welcome the only Indian batsman of this century who isn't an overrated lame hack, Rahul Dravid.

Dravid continues our policy of only picking the gunnest of characters and Swann.

You obviously haven't read Kemar Roach's twitter.

    Early favourites IMO.

New and completely coincidental club rule: Fast bowlers are also exempt from having to be good people. This will allow me to relay instructions to bowl tactical beamers without having to worry about the consciences of my players.

    what does roach post btw?

    Or good bowlers, apparently.

  18. Phlegm SP Phlegm

roach is gun. from athlai's mocking i take it roach is probably way lower than he should be but no way are there many picked after him who can claim to be better imo

  19. Cribbage RG Cribb

I don't think Athlai even knows Roach's database stats. If anything I think the database over-rates him but that's obviously not surprising as I wouldn't pay him in bent washers.

whats so wrong with him? inswing, pace, hits the cut strip. way worse test bowlers floating around.

btw i seem to remember you posting on cw he's in the southee/boult quality zone, and you like them.
