Rondo ain't as clutch as Rose tbh but Dirk is probably the most Clutch big man

It's true, D.Rose is a late fourth and OT kinda guy. But we won't need late scoring from PG.

  4. Frizzed WC Welker

Not sure I would've been able to justify Rondo instead of Rose.

AWTA, depends who i got with Rondo as well. And Dirk is key.

Man, I am a die in the hole Bulls fan, and I love me some D.Rose, that's a fact. But the kid is gonna work best on a team where he is the number one scorer. When you are running an "all-star" show at PG you need to be all about the assists. Now I'm not gonna walk away from Derrick as a passer, I still think he has a great passing game, and that he knows how to run a floor. But in that regard you always have to pick Rondo over Rose.

  7. Frizzed WC Welker

    Yah, I'm just saying personally.

  8. stupersteve03 SJ Cambridge

Man it killed me inside a little bit. That's the truth.

  9. Eggman DA Eggman

True and the fact is, Rondo will get you 12 assists with 2 steals a game and 10-20 points per game as well.

Rondo is IMO the best "pure" PG in the game at the moment. He doesn't quite have the same dimensions in his game as say CP or D.Rose or Derron Williams. But in pure terms of running the floor, you won't find anyone better.

  11. Eggman DA Eggman

    Nash.

  12. stupersteve03 SJ Cambridge

Nash is old, he lost some of his quickness which was what made him such a machine. Rajon runs a better show IMO.

Although Steve Nash is still pretty Boss!

  13. Eggman DA Eggman

    Nash has a jump shot.

  14. stupersteve03 SJ Cambridge

Yeah a pretty darn good one at that. But Rajon runs the show. take one of the three Miami all-stars out and replace with Rajon and you have a guaranteed ring. (same is probably true of any of the top five PG's in the NBA but that doesn't support my point)

  15. Eggman DA Eggman

    Yeah, agree with that.

  16. Mousey AJ Son

    Nash

Gonna Have an awesome forward rotation, is gonna be off the charts!

  18. Eggman DA Eggman

    lol at Dirk playing SF.

You're better off swapping Smith and Dirk.

why not switch dirk and smith.

Nah, Dirk is beast around the perimeter, he'll be great at SF. He'll be on a rotation anyway Him and Smith should probably both get minutes at PF, with Loul moving into SF and hopefully getting like 20 odd minutes.
