Haha I forgot that I had Tomane for a bit there . Best thing about my backline is that they could all be guns after next season, I rate them as amongst the best upcoming outside backs and you have class in Sing and I can replace him for Season 2.
I really rate this team. The only areas where it is weak is the backrow and halves/ hooker. Monaghan can do a job but McLinden, Monaghan, Cunningham does not strike me as premiership winners. Wing obviously boosts it massively but I'm just not convinced. Menzies declined hard last season. Having him starting seems a big weakness to me.
Civo > Gallen King > 40th pick No way of saying no, especially when you have so called quality back rowers gemmell.
Yeah that's a fantastic trade tbh. I'm giving him an extra bit because I value Gallen highly for sentimental reasons.
Menzies just plays a different role nowadays. I have Laffranchi in there to play the role of metre gaining and a lot of defence. He'll play on the organisational side of the team and Menzies is there for his awesome hole running skills and skill with ball in hand before he hits the line and his ability to offload, I agree its a weaker section of my side but I don;t really need him to gain yards too much given my front Row will gain a truckload along with Laffranchi. Thats why Sutton fits this side awesome as well. I have a ton of variety of skills in my pack, whilst not sacrificing gained metres. Carvell, Fielden and Pettybourne all offer different skills and styles off the bench also which is huge plus which means my pack doesn't fall down in any part of the game. I would have loved to get another half but with Monas running the show we'll be fine having a highly creative player in either McLinden or Taumata outside given they won;t have any organising responsibility, sort of like how Ben Roberts has been so much better this year because of kimmorley taking over that job. Cunningham is under-rated, best hooker in England by far, despite retireing from rep he's still their best option and would walk into their test side if he returned to rep footy selection.
