    What would the odds be if, say, Payne were playing rather than Eggman. Surprised Scottie isn't in the mix for the Vics given the form of some of their players at the mo.

    I would've picked Slyza; he's actually going really well in the BS so far this season, and he dominated the Provincial Second XI tournament last season too. If I was going to pick Mousey it'd be as wicket keeper. At least he's in good form though after his ALC knock this week; it wouldn't surprise me if he scored runs here against what is largely an ALC attack.

    Good point about Slyza. Bias in selection clearly scuppering Victorian chances. Storer @ #7, Slyza @ #8 and Mousey ---> 2nd XI.
