Yeah there does seem to be some issues with the metre-count on this sim. A good kick for touch goes about 14 metres.
Yes, yes. We've gone over this before. It was deliberate at the time I built the sim that kicking distances would be shorter than reality to make the game balance more realistic and for it to flow better. Clearly people are fixated with this being analogous to real life and so I've changed this for S5. This still uses the S4 sim.

I changed our tactics to be more defensive than the tactics that Ireland employed due to their superiority in the back line to us. I certainly chose a more forwards based game. But I have no more options than the standard Open, Closed, Default and Kicking that everyone else has.

O'Driscoll should be an absolute beast in this, but he's been kept very quiet. Pivots not really doing the job for the Irish.
