    What the hell just happened there. Lover took the ball from the line out and spotted a gap. He's threaded through a hole in the Spartans defensive line and barged over! What a thriller.

    The whistle has gone, but has League Lover gone from hero to zero in the space of six-and-a-half minutes?

    Ben Read put in a decent tackle on John Heads, but with the Spartans only 10m from their line, League Lover was trying to slow down the play. A replay shows him deliberately with his hand on the ball as Luffman tries to extract it from the ruck.

    The ref blows, and the Spartans have an opportunity for the 3 points they need to win the game.

    Luffman's kicked a clean game all day. Can he kick the penalty?
