that was a close game.
Close but we won
Burridge was actually okay...
****ing Meister starts scoring now... Where the **** has he been all season? ****ing deadset useless....
Hayes is like, Mr Performer. Just keeps chugging out runs
Kovas actually did something too, holy shitz0rs..
Fail is fail, first innings points could be vital however
Thanks to Cribb for at least giving me a wicket for the match.
Another pretty depressing season for me, but I'm happy with this effort.
Should change it up, IMO.
You've actually been pretty good considering how shit the rest of our bowlers have been and how batting-dominant the season has been. And you've contributed with the bat too.
We'd have spooned it up without you IMO.
Batting dominant season? Not from where I'm looking.
Runs per wicket average is significantly higher than normal. Not every team has your bowling attack.
So my average of 20 is really more like 15? Figjam.
Yeah it'll be adjusted at the end of the season re: your rank, so expect to go up I guess.. although Farny will too.
You won't do it. You don't have the balls.
Haha, Wilson's taken a lot of wickets this season too though, even if not at the same average. His rating will still improve through the virtue of having to play through this season, particularly as the Rays have a better batting quotient than the Clones.
So you mean to tell me that my tail end batting has actually helped others rate higher in bowling?
Well it's been harder to bowl to you this season than say, Wilson, so why shouldn't it?
If you'd averaged 0 you'd have still helped bowlers' ratings by gifting them cheap wickets.
Funky is a machine.
Very interesting about it being a batting-dominant season. I didn't really pick that either. As long as I'm above Ged in the rankings, I'm not too bothered. I don't expect to ever get near Wilson though.
Well we've got 42 blokes averaging over 35 this season in the Shield. We only have eight teams, so that's over 5 per team. Of those, 26 are averaging over 40, 9 are averaging over 50 and 6 are averaging over 60.
Luffers is averaging over 60; that should point out how easy it is to score runs.

When one of the top ten wicket takers averages 38, you know it's a batting season.
Cheeky, though true
