    Very excited for the Dees tomorrow night, will be a very big match for us. Seriously hoping we will sink the Sainters and send them on the way to the spoon, but I'm still remembering round 1 of last year when we got whipped by Port. Super keen though.

    I'm reasonably happy with how the Lions have started. Midfield have been good for the most part so far, especially Rockliff/Mayes.

    They need to improve their entry into the forward 50.

    Does anyone else hope that Josh Gibson cops a smack in the face every-time they watch him play? One of the few Hawthorn players I just can't stand.

    Haha figured you might, was it the same feeling whilst he was at North though?

    Probably should've made my post about 10 minutes earlier, Hawks should be 5/6 goals ahead after this last period of play.

    what a useless cunt, Wanted to shoot myself in the last quarter watching him stroll into goal from about 15 metres to shank it. Sums up his career, USELESS.

    Watts and Jones were exceptional, one of the best games Watts has played in his career. We really could have won that one, if we kicked straight in the second quarter then we could have had them. Dunn has improved a lot from 2012 onwards and fought hard tonight, Vince was good, Trengove solid early. Pedersen horrible, Frawley very poor, Howe/JKH had zero effect, Byrnes didn't really do anything but that sums up where he is at as a footballer. Soooo frustrating though.

    Watts was your best IMO. Jones's grunt work and effect was awesome but Watts used the ball well every single time he touched it. Can't think of a mistake aside from one time when he was tackled and tried to kick it. Got the ball in pressure situations and always found a running target by hand or foot and linked up defence/midfield and midfield/attack so well.
