    CM is a big one.

    IM going for:
    1) Kaka
    2) Gerrard
    3) Iniesta
    4) Fabregas
    5) Ballack
    6) Essien

    Open to debate this one. I've a feeling i've missed some-one out big, this position is up for debate, numerous class players.

    Yeah you missed out on Xavi.

    Esien is a better CDM/RB than CM anyway, IMO.

    Whats your ultamate X1 over the past 5/10 years?
    I was gonna make a thread but then thought with all the soccer bashing no point :)

    Personally:

    GK: Buffon
    LB: Zambrotta
    CB: Cannavaro
    CB: Nesta
    RB: Cafu
    LM: Ronaldinho
    CM: Zidane
    CM: Kaka/Ballack
    RM: Ronaldo (Non-fatty one)
    FW: Henry
    FW: Messi/Shevchenko

    Decent imv but midfield seems a bit lightweight so put Ballack in for that extra:)

    Fat Ronaldo?
    2 noticeable ommisions IMO.
    CBA to anaylyse the back four ATM. But Roberto Carlos maybe?
    Ballack is laughable.

    Meh, only been the last past seasons hes been utter garbage but I remember in the WC's he was class. Dominated the midfield.
    Figo and Ronaldo at their peak was class but stick with my decisions:)

    Fat Ronaldo > Messi / Shevchenko in terms of last 10 years.
    Considering Messi has only done things in the last 2 years and you remember Ronaldo at the 2002 WC the guy has had an amazing career really.
    Ronaldo wouldn't make me 5-10 year team because before last season he was just a very good player. Figo defined a generation of footballers.

    Make a thread for this dude. Soccer needs more exposure on the forum for the greater goal to be achieved.
