A creative lock could probably play hooker, really similar skillset other than dummy half running and fringe running tbh. Don't think there are any of those here either though.

I think Shaw would start. In fact I thought he'd start yesterday when he only had 50 odd posts. He's one of your only backs who actually knows how to tackle; you'll be putting him at centre to sure up the defence there IMO.. plus he's really active on this already and he hasn't even seen a game yet, so I imagine his postcount will rise anyway.
