    Chris Golding has not turned up for the trial and the jury has come to a desicion.

    The Giants have been docked 6 points and will be fined £500,000.

    We spoke to Eds about this and he had this to say:

    "This sort of thing is inexcusable. 2 players in 2 games is simply ridiculous. We have seen similar situations in the Twenty20 Cricket Competition with Yorkshire fielding illegal player Azeem Raziq. Yorkshire were subsuequently chucked out of the competition. We have decided to not be as harsh as the ECB but a harsh punishment was still required. Thank you.
