    Mate, have seen you allude to this a couple of times. It's really not. It's a slow burning, suspenseful examination of survival. It's true to the source material in that it is less about zombies and action and more about the transformation of the central characters as they lose more and more of their humanity. That's all it is and all it ever set out to do.

    The show's real strength though is the high priority it places on letting the vast and eeirie scenery tell the story. Some of the visuals are stunning and the imagery is often so much more powerful then any dialogue could ever be.

    Yeah, just finished it myself. It was one of those endings that left it open to continue but if it stops you're not left wondering too much. Really enjoyed the season though, hopefully they go on again. Not sure if it'll be the same though.
