Yeah so do I apparently, although not in the last 10 generations, so it'd be a bit of a stretch.

  2. MightyPies DA Alessi

Nah, my grandparents were born there, and so to my mum.

  3. Cribbage RG Cribb

Yeah I wasn't questioning you or being sarcastic. I really do have distant, basically irrelevant Italian heritage.

Hmmm... Not sure how far back mine is. I've seen photos of them, so possibly Great Grandparents.

Haha, I had a couple pop up when my grandparents on my dad's side did their family trees, but it was many, many generations back. We always expected some central European link because of how dark haired everyone in my grandmother's family is (and how hairy my aunty is ) but we didn't know where from, or how far back.

Speaking of eligibility, how far back are we allowed to go before it's a "stretch" ?

  7. Eggman DA Eggman

    We don't want you.
    We'll take you though

    And Nino.

Denton was apparently really close to putting down Victoria when he joined, and only didn't because he joined someone had deliberately gone on a Kiwi recruiting drive. Would've been soooooooo gun for Victoria to have you opening with Denton, and NZ wouldn't really lose that much as they have good bowling depth.

    GAY!!!

If we hade Nino and Denton it would be hectic.

  10. Cribbage RG Cribb

Nino was never going to join though IMO. Denton was actually close though I think. Supports the Melbourne Rebels in Super Rugby and all.

  11. El Nino J Torres

I've been in Melbourne longer than Denton, I thought about it.

  12. Cribbage RG Cribb

They don't need you as much anyway. :p NZ definitely need you more.

Denton would take them from being shit ****s to being okay IMO.

Nino wouldn't really improve things that much. He'd replace Alessi and isn't that much better than him tbh.

I think a merger is on the cards :ninja:
    Still. Would be awesome.

Haha I feel as if that's the case with me as well! My skin's like really olive, so on my dad's dad's side (who also has very olive skin) there's probably some Southern European heritage. Not that we've found some, mind you.
