An unnamed source has revealed the extent of CricSim chief Rob Cribb's fascist regime. Mere hours before the Crusaders were due to take to the field against the Vipers, vocal anti-Cribb activist SB Wilson was struck down with a suspicious injury. The source went on to reveal that man-of-the-people and Vipers fast bowler Geoff Smith (known commonly as <em>'Fiery'</em>) was removed from the Vipers' Bannerman Shield lineup at the behest of CricSim's cruel leader. Rumours suggest that Cribb's lackeys have been attempting to remove Smith from the competition entirely, in a bid to gain his approval. Smith himself has bemoaned members of Cribb's team as trying to "make a name for themselves". Cribb was not available to comment.
