    What you think I should be doing with my affiliate squad? Feel I should consider selling for 20 year olds but on the other hand it can compete for Div 1 and go further (Should be Div 2 next season in SOD and t20)

    With your current squad + a few smart decisions like good orders, maybe buying a couple of cheap/throwaway oldies or something, you aren't far away from where you need to be for promotion to division one. So I wouldn't do a complete clean-out or anything because you should be able to promote and gradually fill up your squad with younger/better players at the same time.

    Maybe start with the EOS prize money, and sell your two worst players. Pick up a couple of better young guys before the start of next season and go from there (depends how much money you have atm). You don't have to go as far back as 20 year old players, you could target slightly older than that. If you're looking at quality young players you won't be sacrificing much in the performance department anyway.
