    I'm at this point. How should I tell how much I should upgrade by ?

    I'm also going to be moving from Aus to Bang, would this have any bearing on it ?

    If you're a new player moving countries doesn't have a big impact on your crowds. When you get to a high division and then move your crowds go down quite a bit because you move to lower divisions and your opponents don't have many supporters, but you should be moving essentially across to a similar division.

    I generally increase by 2k each time but if you think you're gonna continue winning and build up more supporters you could go for a bit more

    Yeah, about 2k or so each time is fine.

    As for moving, depends on number of bots. Bangla low tier has A LOT of bots, though you should be division 4 which is alright for humans, not sure what your current leagues look like botwise.

    I'd consider just waiting to see your attendances and leagues at the beginning of next season, especially if you're changing countries, unless you fill out against the bots tbh.

    Im in Bangladesh just started off about a month ago. Home games are maxing out at 5k and away games against real teams are 4.5-5k

    Might go to nearer $200k, maybe a bit more even though he's a bit behind and can't play because of fatigue for a bit.. I need a secondary keeper, he captains too and is American.

    Also, 16k wages aren't really something you need in division 4/5 Bangladeshg.

    Yeah, but those wages are something im going to have to sacrifice if i want to move higher i think. I can't depend on my current batch of players to pull me through to promotion. I'm going to have to buy somewhere so if i can find someone fairly cheap and manage to have them carry me for a little bit, while i build around him, it might be alright in my opinion.

    Thoughts on a strategy like that?

    I just think that if i sit around and hope that my mediocre players develop enough to take me to promotion, i might be waiting a long, long time.

    OK, had a quick look at your team and leagues, you're 100% right though default seniors are godawful, and you should buy better players.

    Basically, you can't promote this season, no way you're getting back NRR in SOD and in t20 0 chance regardless of how much you buy. So you've got 2 options really.

    1) stick with these guys until end of seasons, buy some decent but not costly 20 year olds, start to build senior academy and develop them to sell and promote in a season or two, with a good league instant promotion is doable.
    2) buy some oldies, preferably good value in terms of wage/performance ones, don't be afraid to fire and buy new ones as you go along and force promotion with no academy, then begin to build a better team when it becomes clear this strategy won't help you get further.

    Depends on which you like. I prefer strategy 1, but strategy 2 can pay off very well with a good manager (see clubs like Shirebrook CC, All Starz, etc)

    Yeah, i'd prefer option 1. In any type of managerial game i've ever played i like developing a list which can grow together and form into some sort of powerhouse so option 1 is definitely more suited to that.

    I think it's just a matter of knowing how much to pay for what type of player, but i guess thats why i have all of you guys to lend a helping hand
