    Knocked out of the Champions League Semi Final by Paris Saint Germain leading 3-2 on aggregate with under a minute to play.. all of a sudden our midfielder sends the ball into our own net and we lose 3-3 on away goals. :facepalm:

    Finished 7th in our second season. Big improvement from just avoiding the drop in our first season.

    Bony's impact was significant. Beast for me. Helped me get to 7th. Ably supported by Susaeta and Marin who was 4th on the assists list.

    Made some nice young signings for bugger all, hopefully they'll turn into stars. Will post their screenies later.

    Just going to go on and call bullshit scouting on this fella. He may end up being just a 3.5* but I'm leaning towards a poor judgement. Those are some insane mental attributes on a 16 year old. Should be gun.

    Also signed Zuculini who looks to be a gun BWM. Taider and Ginter also signed for the new season. Hoping Zuculini and Taider will form a gun partnership at CM.

    Panagiotis Tachtsidis is a gun. Also, is Davide Petrucci as injury prone in real life as he is in game? Fuck me, he's gunning it for me but he only gets 2-3 games before getting injured. He always seems to get in-game injuries too.

    Fuck yeah :cool: Currently holding the record for the longest time taken to complete this challenge. :laugh:

    Absolutely owned the Premier League, was an awesome year. A 93rd minute equaliser from Newcastle in the very last game of the season saw us narrowly miss out on taking the all-time points record outright in the Premier League set by Chelsea in 2004/05 (95 points), but can't have any complaints here.

    The Champions League proved to be heartbreaking as we bowed out of the semi-final to Paris Saint Germain 3-3 on away goals after our midfielder scored an own goal with under a minute left to play in extra time to miss out on a potential final against Tottenham who I feel we definitely could have beaten - but I might give us another year to win it before seeing where my fortunes end up taking me.

    The code thing? I just copy and pasted it into Notepad and edit it each season.

    Yeah Welbeck is insane. I actually signed him to play right midfielder, which was a pretty risky move - but I just thought his attributes looked quite good for the sort of winger I wanted to play and he was owning there even with no positional ability (had a red dot next to his name). However, since both of my two main strikers got injured I put him back into a poacher role and he scored an insane amount for us, so I can't complain.. probably one of my best signings yet!
