I'll set up a league and then a time for the live draft to happen and we're away. What's really cool is you can trade players etc. runs just the same as your typical NBA fantasy and so on. Looks interesting, but the requirement of the Live-part is an issue for me since I cannot guarantee that I will be near a computer and have sufficient time on my hands to do the draft.

You can set up an order if you're not going to be online. I don't like the salary games because anyone can choose whoever whereas drafting can change things.
On an unrelated note, but a general comment on salary cap games. The one that is hosted for the Barclays Premier League (football) is really an amazing game since the values are "alive" i.e. they get amended upwards if a player has hit a good patch of form or downwards if they get injured etc and you only have 1 free transfer per week (cumulative up to 2 max), more than that costs you points. Really is the best fantasy game I have ever played and a good model for other sites to base their games on.
