    Shri would have got picked over you but I wouldn't now. I do not rate Shri that highly. He is no more than a 5th bowler and a number 8 batsman. You offer more with the bat and only slightly less with the ball, so I think you are better for the team.

    Which is, funnily enough, the exact role that Marcuss is playing for GB. There aren't many players around who I think would do a better job at batting eight and being the fifth bowler than Shri. Marcuss would definitely be a better call if you needed someone to bat in the top six, but you don't so I think Shri would actually be perfect there.

    I know what you mean. However, I think Marcuss will be a genuine middle order batsman over the next couple of season for GB and is a better bat than Shri so even though he is batting 8 he brings more to the side and is getting to learn to trade without too much pressure on him at this stage.

    Also I do a better job batting 8 and bowling 5, not that I do it for GB. :p
