    So I could have picked the best 16 in the following rounds and I'd still be a spoon contender?

    Walsh is an organizer, most of the top halves were taken and I wanted to make sure I had a decent one who can organize.

    Besides, 7. Walsh, 6. Barrett is far from the worst halves in the CPL teams.

    There's been a lot of talk about the Black Sheep not having an organising half, and I agreed until I actually looked at their team and saw they were the ones with Cam Smith. As long as they designate Smith as their primary organiser they'll be fine.

    This isn't true. You can designate your hooker as your primary organiser - you'll play a bit tighter in this instance you'll need your second rowers to have good tight running skills, but it's definitely an excellent option for a team with Cameron Smith. They'll be fine.

    Will this work well with my side though? Cause there are sides with way better packs then this

    Or would I be best to just try and trade off Gidley for an organizing half?

    It'll be fine - your actual backline movements will still go through the halves and Marshall/Gidley will still do your actual creative work.. your second rowers will just play a little more like props in attack and your forwards will mostly run off Smith.

    Ellis to go to centres to be used out wide, imo.

    Team should go alright now I guess, pack isn't a good meter eating one though. Will struggle in field position game without a gun kicker.
