Gonna be pretty hard to promote/demote players/work out balance without means to test your 9 extra squad players. Form groups of 3 with one group of 4 (less interested/knowledgeables, perhaps?), designate a manager and we'll have a small reserves comp. xo. I'd autosim it so it'd be like 10 mins a week tbf. no great stretch. Unless someone else wanted to do the reserves. I think it's integral so I'll do it if I have to.
Yeah trust me 8 games a week I'd just load them up on Sundays or something when I'm watching the footy and it'd be no issue taking 30 mins each but reserves it'd just be -> designate lineup -> autosim i kid you not 10 minutes for 2-3 games a week so not fussed.
I'd be happy if you draft a gun reserves team tbf but I'm a competitive mofo and the Zac Smith selection turned me off
