I think there's a difference between playing and staying active. Sure, everyone would play, but i'd doubt they be active.
True, to an extent. All the sims have the members who aren't active, but they'll be important early on, as we need numbers. When things like registrations or teams are being done is when I'll get an idea of how many people are likely to really be active and follow the games etc.
