Sinclair added to allow Dixon to focus on being the forward spearhead and give Vickery extra KPF mins and Boyd added as hopefully a solid 16th or so retention if he kicks on. Thoughts AFL men?
Playing 5 tall forwards won't work. Push Tomlinson to the wing, drop one big fella and then move Boyd and Sinclair off the bench into the reserves. You should try and trade at least one of your forwards away.
I'm after a tall forward and have an abundance of 3rd/4th tier mids who I could part with at the right price Matt Rosa Daniel Cross Brock McLean David Armitage
Dixon I think would cope. Clark would cope at peak but he's not really going to be assessed as being 'at peak' in this.
Clark at peak would be a top 3-5 round selection. I think you still did well to nab him when you did, I mean Mitch Clark having not played for a season still is a better forward than the forwards picked around him + he's versatile. you weren't going to get an elite KPF in the mid teens. Just wasn't going to happen. I'll put in in a real life sense. Jarryd Roughead is a gun, but when he did his achilles he wasn't going to come back first game and be that same gun. He'd still be a good AFL player but it'd take time for him to work his way back. This treats Clark like he's had a long injury and he's just started his comeback, he's out of touch. At peak he was an okay ruck option but not a natural. After being out for so long he's now an okay ruck relief option but that's it. Before he was a great forward, now he's just a good one. Considering when you picked him there were only 'mediocre' forwards left he's still a good option and starter quality so I wouldn't complain.
