    It's supposed to be equal (Top Order * 3) + (Middle Order * 4) + (Lower Order * 4) + (Seam Bowling * #ofSeamBowlers) + (Spin Bowling * #ofSpinBowlers) + (Fielding * 1)

    With Top Order, Middle Order, Seam Bowling, etc coming from your Reporter's Summary.

    However, that would mean the highest possible rating would be 340, and a guy currently has a rating of 391, so I dunno.
