    Considered Zorko but opted for Crozier, will use the NAB Cup as a measuring stick to see if I swap them though.

    AFIAK in def/fwd there are a few absolute solid premiums, and everyone always upgrades to them. I just think it's easier to start with full def/fwd lines, and then use the mids to upgrade when they gain cash - as you never know which mids will be the real gun scorers so it's easy to wait. It's the strategy that has won it by impromptu too.

    Decided to pack my team with midfielders. Have 3 genuine midfielders in my backline as well as another 3 in the forward line.

    That's my usual tactic, Stack the midfield and try to beef up my defence. Forwards have always been my weakest.

    Having a midfield that will earn you a fair bit of cash, then trade up to the premiums that always fall in price in time for the 2nd half of the year, could pay off.

    As-long as you make the 8.
