    Williams.

  3. morgieb MC Burridge

Pepper Stadium is a horrible name.

  4. Wilson SB Wilson

Bird at five-eight, fmd Flanagan. Finally pulls the correct string and puts Holmes at fullback then does that.

  5. RyanG R Gee

We don't really have any other options. I much prefer Bird there than Graham.

  6. Fan09 ND Short

They should give Murphy a run there a couple of MOM in NSW Cup and actually possess a kicking game and seems like he has some vision, any argument about defence not being up to it is invalid after watching Barba run round. Basically he could not be any worse than Graham/Barba there.

  7. Wilson SB Wilson

Well than that's silly. You shouldn't be putting him there in his second game against the Roosters of all teams when he'll be replaced by Barba next week anyway.

Yep, by all reports he's been killing it. Obviously a mid 20's half who just got plucked out of QLD Cup wouldn't have that high of a cieling but fuck me he'll be miles better than Robson. Unfortunately Flanagan's love boy will never be dropped.

  8. Julian BJ Taylor

Trade you McCrone for Wade Graham. Fuck we'll throw in Bill Tupou as well.

  9. Julian BJ Taylor

Look I'm not taking the piss but fuck your opinion has changed big time in after 4 games. You had almost blind faith in Flanagan in the pre-season.

What's changed? Come to terms with certain players being shit or been disgusted by certain structures or what?

Legitimate questions I've only watched Sharks in patches/replays since round 1.

  10. Fan09 ND Short

In my opinion, I actually haven't watched round 1 and have only been at the ground for the others bar Melbourne. Our greatest problem by a country mile is the lack of a genuine playmaker, I believe Barba has not actually been that bad and I have faith he will come good in either Five-eight or Fullback, but not a chance if Robson is there because compared to what is expected of a half when he lacks fundamental skills such as kicking has left us way behind the 8 ball.

When you have a player of Robson's calibre in the team we have purely and simply lost games because Robson does not posses a long ball let alone have the vision to work towards plays or work teams over. He reminds me of a halfback in the U/10's when you would have to pass the ball or you would have to hand the ball over. I always knew he was bad but I thought maybe the slight to substantial upgrades on what we had in the backs may compensate, but it just has not happened.

In two of the games we have not managed to find touch and also then proceeded in the same game to kick the ball out on the full. You follow that up with 50% of the kicks not placing any pressure on the fullbacks or wingers, another 25% that roll dead or skew off the boot and your left with only a quarter of the kicks being good enough just to be in the position to force a drop out or apply real pressure and thats being generous. Normally a half would be good in one area like passing and okay/decent at all others like kicking. Robson would arguably be in the top 3 defensive half's but I have just lost faith in him doing the simple things let a lone winning us games of football.

I'm with you mate. I can't believe the bloke has 120 odd first grade games.

  12. Julian BJ Taylor

Nu Brown's knee ended your season before it started too IMO.

  13. Fan09 ND Short

Yeah, I was on a "we are in the semi's of the nines, how good is success.." high to realise how much it has fucked us over. From all reports he was going to start on the bench in the utility impact role, but undoubtedly by now he would be starting and our team would of been better for it.

I've read the Manly - Canberra game kicks off at 5.15, not 5.30.

  16. Old Mate M Perry

Whatever happened to Srama, why hasn't he left the tits?

  17. Wilson SB Wilson

I never had blind faith in him. I resulted him after, in his own words said he's built the team that he wants. He's completely fucked it and showed he's incredibly incompetent. There are good players at the this team and with the right selections the makings of a good squad, definitely not a 0-4 squad.

He's made dud selections but worst of all his gameplan and structures, or a very serious lack there of have been appalling. Biggest contributing factor to all for losses. Cunt has his favourites and can't say no to them (Gallen, Robson). Second coming of Chris Anderson at this stage.

Will be interested to see how Latimore handles starting, he's gone quite well off the bench over the last 12 months but I still think he's a bit soft. I'm assuming Kite and Brown are injured?

Not sure if April Fools or not, but if Tilse is leaving after Round 7 I am all for it.

  20. Julian BJ Taylor

Pretty sure it's true and we will sign Tamou before June 30.
