    Also what age do you guys stop training players? (i have read that the popular thing is stop at 20-21 then start training 17 yo)

    I'd say more around 23/24 but it all depends on how hard you train, and what levels you want to take the player. Most would recommend somewhere between exceptional and exquisite. Don't look at age when you decide how far to train (as long as you don't go past 24/25); rather look at a skill level.

    I stop around 23 normally. double net 17/18. then single from 19 to 23.
