    Can you link your team? And pop over to Community => Sledging and then subscribe to Newbie Q's as you can ask questions there (or here :p) and people will help you. I say ask there because quite a few experienced players read that and will give you multiple quality opinions.

    For now, you should be looking for feeble+stamina, competent+batting/bowling (depending on which type the player is) and feeble+concentration(for batting)/consistency(bowling). Don't worry about fielding yet, its not important enough for a newbie to worry about.
